Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your HouseKey account and the data linked to it. It applies to the HouseKey Android app (package com.housekey.myapp) and the website at https://www.myhousekeys.in.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to housekeyy3@gmail.com with the subject Delete my HouseKey account.
2. Write from the email address registered on your HouseKey account, and include your registered name and phone number so we can verify it is you.
3. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days. You can also use our contact page.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, profile photo and Google sign-in link.
• Your property listings and the photos you uploaded.
• Your chat messages, favourites, notifications and push notification token.

What may be kept

• Limited records needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes, and payment or package records required by law.
• This data is kept only as long as required and is not used for anything else.

Deletion is permanent. Active listing packages cannot be refunded or restored after the account is deleted. See also our Privacy Policy.
